I needed a new HVAC system, Furnace and A/C. Got 5 quotes from reputable companies. Two of the quotes were crazy and 3 were very close. I chose Comfort Zone due to the fact they were installing American Standard, which when reviewing it seemed like a more reliable brand. From the beginning after calling for a quote, everyone at Comfort Zone was great. Walt came out on time, reviewed my options and sent the quote later that day. The office keeps you up to date on the schedule. Josh and John the installers, were awesome and really had a lot of knowledge on the equipment and install. These guys worked non stop and really took the time to protect anything that could get damaged. My project was removing an older style system, so there was many new items that needed install, it was not a one for one swap. Everything came out perfect, they had great attention to detail and neatness. It has been working great. If you need a new system give these guys a call, you will not be disappointed. Thanks Again!! Last year our AC conked out on us in a pretty new home. CJ was so good at explaining what was going on. He came to our house first to do the diagnostic then he came back to fill with refrigerant and basically fixed the whole problem. Both Times, he was very knowledgeable and efficient and also was very caring enough to educate about the situation. Will be using this company again for any of our AC or plumbing needs. Read Less

Never had used Comfort Zone before however I had no heat 27 degrees out and was referred to this company by several people. Put in an emergency repair call and Matt called me back in 10 minutes. He was at my house within 30 minutes and fixed my furnace and was very professional. Price was fair and I told Matt I would call again when I need them and specifically ask for him. 5 Stars all the way! Read Less
